This section tracks the public Emali2 portals and customer-native app surfaces against the current route trees, the latest platform changes, and fresh test-environment evidence where those flows were reachable.

Coverage Snapshot

  • Customer Portal
  • Updated for the current live loans experience, including active-versus-pending application handling, servicing detail, wallet-selectable repayments, and repayment normalization to the outstanding balance.
  • Includes the current customer passkey enrollment and sign-in workflow verified against the test Keycloak handoff on April 10, 2026.
  • Customer Mobile App
  • Now documented comprehensively from the current Android route tree and live Samsung S23 captures, including signed-out auth states, every major tab, service modules, profile/security editors, and the currently reachable customer workflows.
  • Organization Portal
  • Updated from the live route tree and the current agent/float implementation, including child-agent hierarchy routes and selected-unit float behavior. Fresh org-only screenshots are currently limited by test-environment auth drift.
  • Service Provider Portal
  • Updated for the current admin route tree, including the /app/agents alias to /app/organizations, direct agent detail routes, child-agent hierarchy pages, and super-agent share visibility.
  • Reporting Portal
  • Existing reporting guide set remains available.
  • Developer Portal
  • Existing developer guide set remains available.

Evidence Baseline

  • Customer and service-provider web screenshots in this refresh were captured on 2026-03-25 from the test environment and staged under output/playwright/refresh-20260325/.
  • Customer mobile screenshots in this refresh were captured on 2026-04-10 from the Samsung S23 test device and promoted into docs/assets/images/user-guides/customer-mobile/.
  • Stable images promoted into the docs site live under docs/assets/images/user-guides/customer/, docs/assets/images/user-guides/customer-mobile/, and docs/assets/images/user-guides/service-provider/.
  • The organization portal route and flow updates are grounded in the current route tree and frontend/backend behavior. The seeded org credentials documented previously did not authenticate successfully on the test realm during this refresh, so org screenshot recapture is called out as a live-environment follow-up.
